In the past, weather and time permitting, we have taken some of the Great Outdoors folks for short flights over the Santa Barbara area. It's very exciting for them, and fulfilling for us to share our love of aviation with others. There might be logistical obstacles to doing that this year, as Atlantic Aviation is no longer at the southeast corner of the airport just walking distance from the beach. But we're working on it!

RSVP (Register here, or mark yourself "Going" on Facebook) by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday 9/9, so enough food and supplies can be purchased.

For those flying in, you'll tell Ground Control that you are going to Signature.  SEND GERRY YOUR TAIL NUMBER (to lovetwinprops@yahoo.com) so Signature can be ready for you.  We have arranged for a $0.50 discount on fuel purchase, and the parking fee will be waived with a minimum 10 gallon fuel purchase.  Their price is comparatively reasonable, at $6.73/gallon (as of the last time we asked them).

Please also SEND GERRY the number of people arriving in your plane, so ground transportation can be ready and available to take you to the picnic site.
