Enjoy the flight from whence you depart
Spotting whales from above if you're observant and smart
Come join us as we gather for lunch
Enjoy being with our really nice bunch
Have a salad or burger (if you wish hold the bun)
Whatever you choose you'll be sure to have fun
Check the gift shop and maybe buy a new shirt
Get a bag of course so it won't pick up dirt
After lunch if you're able and not prone to ail
Join the short hike around the Airport Loop Trail
You might see buffalo (in reality bison)
Bring a hat and some water while out in the sun
Sadly after hiking it'll be time to go
So we'll walk to our planes lined up in a row
We'll see how much horsepower our planes' engines yield
As we head over water back to our home fields
Socializing and camaraderie too
Is why joining in will be good for you
Let's hope the May Gray stays away for that Day
So plan on the day with our club oh so gay!
If it turns out that the May Gray affects us
Change to a later time might be a plus
Getting together is the point at its core
And the restaurant is open all the way until 4
